This approximately 5,000 square foot, 3 story private residence is located in the heart of Tulsa’s Brookside district. We worked closely with Architect George Day Jr. and the owner to help bring this dream home to life.

The home features LED lighting, heated bathroom floors, an elevator, and a heated pool. To help realize the Architect’s minimalist and contemporary vision, we used a variety of mechanical systems in order to blend with the building’s features or to disappear altogether. The building is conditioned by a combination of ducted split systems, ductless “mini splits”, electric baseboard heaters, and patio radiant heat.
