We provided full MEP design services for this uniquely multi-faceted project which includes a 5,000 square foot custom kitchen showroom with associated offices, an additional 5,000 square feet of office space on the second floor, and a 10,000 square foot exotic car showroom.

With 7 fully functional kitchen areas, dozens of kitchen appliances, state of the art lighting controls, and a standby generator, this project was highly MEP-intensive, on par with some of our larger grocery store projects.
